Cottage 8 is located among the trees along the South shore of Melwel Bay on Big Basswood Lake. This cabin is located in a more private setting, with gorgeous views from atop the small incline where the cabin is perched.  Close by is our gorgeous beach, where you can relax and enjoy the crystal clear water, or roast marshmallows over an open bonfire in the evenings! Captivating views of the famous Melwel sunset can be had while lounging on the Muskoka chairs on the attached deck.
